Jason and Kylie Kelce’s fourth baby girl could be arriving any day now! The expectant mom revealed just how close she is to welcoming her newest addition during Thursday’s episode of the Not Gonna Lie podcast. While chatting with guest Kate Hudson, Kylie, 32, shared that she is “nearly nine months pregnant,” meaning the Kelce household is about to get even busier.
With her due date fast approaching, Kylie admitted that the physical toll of pregnancy has become undeniable, joking that she sounds like she’s “running a marathon” due to her daughter’s positioning.
“My child’s butt is so far into my lungs that I can’t inflate them fully,” she quipped. “The miracle of life.”
Kylie had already teased her impending delivery last week when she mentioned that she was about to have “three birthdays very close together.” The couple’s daughters Elliotte, 4, and Bennett, 2, were born in March 2021 and February 2023, respectively, while their eldest, Wyatt, 5, arrived in October 2019.

As she counts down the days until her fourth baby’s arrival, Kylie’s TikTok For You page has been flooded with videos of other expectant moms meticulously packing their hospital bags. Some of the items she’s come across, however, left her scratching her head.
“The craziest s–t I’ve seen in hospital bags … an entire makeup kit, a camera tripod, and a checked bag size suitcase with wheels,” Kylie laughed. “I don’t understand why we’re bringing a checked bag size wheelie suitcase. I take a duffel bag and a diaper bag with all the baby things in it. I feel like I am almost missing something.”
Despite the evolving trends in hospital packing, Kylie has stuck to her tried-and-true essentials. Her bag includes two sets of “very, very stretchy” pajamas, a toiletry bag, a robe, a going-home outfit, snacks, slippers, and flip-flops—just the basics.
However, when it comes to Jason’s hospital must-haves, things get a little more unconventional. During the birth of their third daughter, the former Philadelphia Eagles center made headlines for insisting they bring a fan to the hospital to keep him comfortable.
On Thursday’s podcast, Kylie jokingly predicted that Jason might take things up a notch this time around.
“I would not be surprised if this time he levels up and brings an air mattress,” she said with a laugh.
The couple announced in November 2024 that their family was growing once again, with Kylie embracing the joys—and challenges—of motherhood. And while she’s currently focused on baby No. 4, she admitted that a fifth child down the line wouldn’t be out of the question.
“I could see it being a pleasant surprise,” she mused, joking that they may eventually need a “sprinter van” to accommodate their growing crew.
During their conversation, Hudson, 45—who is a mom to three kids herself—offered Kylie some insight into the next phase of parenting.
“I love learning them and getting to learn them as they grow up,” Kylie shared, to which Hudson replied, “It only gets better … and scarier.”
The Running Point actress, who shares son Ryder, 21, son Bingham, 13, and daughter Rani, 6, confessed that even she still wonders if she’s “totally done” having kids.
With baby No. 4 on the way, Kylie might soon find herself asking the same question.
