Hailey Bieber was all smiles as she stepped out for lunch in West Hollywood, just as fresh details emerged about the state of her marriage to Justin Bieber.
The model, 28, kept it casual in a white strapless top and dark jeans while dining at the exclusive San Vicente Bungalows. Her solo outing coming weeks after speculation that her marriage to Justin had hit the rocks.
Rumors of a rift first swirled earlier this year while Justin, 31, was locked away recording his latest album Swag. But since the records surprise July 11 release, a source insists the couple have turned a corner. The intense focus and emotional toll of creating new music had put a strain on their marriage, the insider told Us Weekly.
When Justin is in the studio making new music, he gets completely consumed and shuts everything else out,” the source added.
With the album out and proving a smash hit, landing 16 of its 21 tracks on the Billboard Hot 100 the pressure has lifted, and the couple recently reconnected on a family trip to Idaho with their son Jack Blues, who turns one on August 22.
Theres a sense of relief on both sides, the source said. Justins behavior has been more relaxed. He felt a lot of pressure hanging over him and has been in a better mental headspace these last few weeks. He is very happy there have been positive reviews of the album and that fans like it.
Hailey, described as very patient with her superstar husband, has been focused on keeping their relationship steady. She takes it day by day and is very patient, the source shared. Theres still work to be done in their marriage, but theyre in a much better place.
The couple, who married in September 2018 after a whirlwind romance, renewed their vows in May 2024 before welcoming Jack that August. But by June, insiders admitted things had been far from smooth.
Justin has felt lost recently, one insider said at the time. His friend group around him has shifted, and he is going through a lot of changes. Navigating fatherhood, trying to put out music and past traumas surfacing has been a lot for him.
They added that Hailey had been the stable parent and the one keeping their family together, stressing, Its been really hard on her.
Despite the rocky patch, Justin made sure his wife and son were front and center in his new project, even featuring them on the Swag artwork and referencing their struggles in lyrics.
On the track Walking Away, Justin sings, You are my diamond, Gave you a ring, I made you a promise, I told you Id change Its just human nature, These growing pains, And, baby, I aint walking away.
